Over the past few years, we have had many conversations with school principals about how they enact the Stronger Smarter Approach in their schools after attending the Stronger Smarter Leadership Program.
The Stronger Smarter Approach is not so much a ‘new program’ that you implement, but a way of ‘doing things differently’ by taking a strength-based rather than a deficit approach. It is a way of thinking that brings other programs to life and brings everyone together with a shared vision and understanding of high expectations.
