The Stronger Smarter Institute has extended its ongoing relationship with foundation supporter The Origin Foundation through their Give Time program.

Through Origin Foundation, employees volunteer their time and professional skills to help Foundation partners through the Give Time program. Skills-based volunteering involves employees applying their professional skills to help a partner complete a project, achieve a goal or build internal capacity. The Foundation aims to match requests for assistance from their Grant and Volunteer partners with the skills of Origin people.

Using Origin’s GIS technology, Tina Hatfield from Origin’s LNG Land Use Authority team mapped the current footprint of the Stronger Smarter Institute which showcases over 450 schools across Australia, where we have connected with over 1,700 school and community leaders through our Stronger Smarter Leadership Program who have, in turn, influenced the classrooms of over 32,000 Indigenous students.
